You have the right to return products purchased online within 14 days from the date of receipt. If the order has been placed by a natural person (without requesting an invoice), then you are entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the product, requesting a refund. The procedure is extremely simple and straightforward. The buyer assumes all return and reshipment costs should a replacement be required. He noted that the right of withdrawal under article 4 § 10 of Law No. 2251/1994 does not apply to all categories of products.
